If you want to try CrossFit, but have never done it before start with our CrossFit Foundations Class. All new CrossFit members must complete foundations prior to entering classes. The only exception to this rule is those who have performed CrossFit at another licensed affiliate in the past.
If you are a current, or previous member of a licensed CrossFit affiliate in the past start with our CrossFit Classes. However, if it has been a long time since you participated in CrossFit, we would suggest you start with our CrossFit Foundations Class as a refresher before entering classes.
A 30-minute class that provides an effective conditioning workout. Workouts last typically from 15-25 minutes and are compromised of basic, yet potent, body weight, mono-structural, and simple weight lifting movements. These classes will improve your conditioning regardless of skill level and are perfect for people who are just starting to workout or maybe time-restricted.

OBSTACLE COURSE TRAINING
Get ready to crush the course and improve your overall fitness. This 12-week program of integrated workouts combines running with movements that mimic the challenges of an obstacle race. The program will increase your overall strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and grip strength. We even have an obstacle course on-site.

FIT WIDE OPEN BOOTCAMP
Looking to get back into shape and lose weight? Join our 6 week Bootcamp program where we incorporate HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and Metabolic Conditioning using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bodyweight exercises, air bikes, rowers, short runs. The class is 60-minutes long consisting of a 40-minute workout and 20 minutes of nutritional information by a certified Behavioral Change Specialist and Certified Life Coach.
